An important and complex Falanghina, with hints of kiwi, lime and grapefruit, citronella, jasmine developed to remain intact for a long time. The mouth, mineral and enveloping, expresses the same hints with a pleasant persistence.

Taste: dry, fresh, slightly acidic.
Pairing: shellfish and seafood.
Exotic fruits, citrus, and flower aromas; a fragrant and fresh character with apple and pear flavours on a background of spicy mineral notes.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with light starter dishes and deep-fried food.
